Seven leading retailers collaborated with Samaritans to enhance mental wellbeing for staff. By creating visuals to test a 'Wellbeing in Retail' product, the aim was to improve understanding of emotional wellbeing and support employees. The product provides easy-to-use and engaging tools to enhance peer-to-peer relationships within the workplace.
